Outdoor Pool Cabana
One of Bovee Construction’s favorite parts of what they do is getting to work on new projects with repeat clients. “I enjoy the relationship that I establish with all my clients,” says CEO and Founder, Brian Bovee, “and that they come to me for my creative insight and solutions for any project they want done.”
What started as a small renovation project for this client, grew over the years to include building an entire new house tucked up in the hills, complete with this beautiful custom outdoor pool cabana.
This long-time client of Bovee Construction initially contacted Brian with the idea to build a luxury pool cabana to finish the look and feel of their outdoor pool. While they had initial thoughts around what they wanted to include, the client trusted the input and experience BCC brought to the table.

After the initial consultation, Brian jumped into the 3D rendering tools to create a design that encompassed all that the client asked for and more. “The quality of a project is in the details,” says Brian, and this project is no different. This included electric for lighting, a TV, a fireplace, a table & bar for hosting, weather-safe storage, and seating enough for 4-6 people.
Location, time of year, availability of materials, and more all affect the timeline and budget of any project. One of the biggest considerations for BCC was the location.
The house having sweeping views of the landscape from a hilltop proved challenging for the team to get the materials on site. Luckily, with years of experience, Bovee Construction knew exactly what was needed and was able to get the large machinery needed to do the job right.
